Feel like you're melting in the Oklahoma summer? We hear a lot of anecdotes about summer getting hotter and hotter, but what does the data say? This month the TYPROS sustainability crew is proud to host Derrian Bertrand, a Norman-based Climate Assessment Specialist, to speak about the impacts of climate change on OK. Derrian works for the University of Oklahoma's Southern Climate Impacts Planning Program, which is a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessments (RISA) team. Her region covers Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana.
