Join the University of Tulsa's Office of Civic Engagement, TU College Democrats, TU College Republicans, and TYPROS 918 Vote for a Gubernatorial Forum featuring Joy Hofmeister. The forum is centered around issues facing young adults in Oklahoma and will be moderated by the Tulsa World. If you are a Tulsa community member or involved with TYPROS, please register accordingly. If you are a TU student, you do not need to register in advance, but please bring your student ID.
The event will begin at 7 PM at the Lorton Performance Center on the University of Tulsa's campus. Following the forum, there will be the chance for a brief meet and greet with Joy Hofmeister.
Please note, this event is not an endorsement of a particular candidate, but rather an educational opportunity. The Democratic and Republican candidates running for governor were both invited to participate. Governor Stitt has yet to respond to the invitation to participate.
