As the Leadership & Service crew, we believe that "Service" is an integral part of successful leadership, community, and personal development. That is why we make it a goal to seek out and engage in acts of service, and what better way to do so than partnering with our local community! Which is why we are excited to partner with Family & Children's Services and local Tulsa schools for a service project that will help promote awareness for suicide prevention in honor of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month.
Join the Leadership & Service Crew on Saturday, Sept. 24th as we partner with Family & Children's Services and local Tulsa schools for a Chalk Art Event that will promote awareness for Suicide Prevention.
The event will consist of 3 parts:
- 9:00 AM - Meet at the Out of Darkness Walk @ Riverwalk Crossing Jenks (300 Riverwalk Terrace, Jenks, OK 74037)
- 10:00am to Noon - Split into small groups for Chalk Art at:
- Carver Middle School
- Booker T. Washington
- Jenks
- Holland Hall
...(potentially more)
- Noon to 1:00pm - Meet at Ahha Tulsa to see and take pics with our Mural as we conclude our event
