 Help with stress and burnout through Shinrin-yoku, "forest bathing", an immersive meditation practice of therapeutic relaxation where one spends time in a forest or natural atmosphere, focusing on sensory engagement and reconnecting with nature. 


Join Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Pam Rogers, for a research-backed practice that promotes health through immersing oneself in the calming and restorative atmosphere of forest and other natural environments.

This will be held at Oxley Nature Center in Mohawk Park. 

This event will be outdoors.  Dress appropriately for weather conditions.  

Note: Registration is limited to 20 participants at a special discounted rate of $5, payment upon arrival. Kindly register only if you plan to attend and please cancel if unable to attend to allow for other members to participate.
