Available shifts
Thursday, May 15 - Day Before the Event - 2:30-5 p.m.: If weather permits, setting up chairs, tables, and decorations set up.
Friday, May 16 - Event Day - 3–6 p.m.: Traffic control and guest arrival assistance, setting up last-minute items like chairs/tables/decor, directing vendors/performers/and guests.
Friday, May 16 - Event Day - 5-9 p.m.: Performer support like managing lounge and keeping schedule, grounds support by tidying and helping with wayfinding, checking in on other volunteers and help manning the TYPROS table.
Friday, May 16 - Event Day - 8:30–11:30 p.m.: Collecting trash and taking it to dumpsters, breaking down tables, chairs, and decorations, ensuring the event area is returned to its original condition

We encourage you to choose a buddy to volunteer with and carpool/rideshare with folks sharing your shift. Remember to dress comfortably for being outside and prepare for weather, including wearing your sunscreen.
